An Estate operated biodynamically since 2015
The first winegrowers in the Fèvre family were present in Chablis beginning in the 1750s and devoted immense efforts to extending and improving the Estate, while promoting the Chablis appellation. The acquisition of the Estate by Maisons & Domaines Henriot in 1998 has carried on that path, culminating in the transition to biodynamic viticulture in 2015.
Today, William Fèvre is one of the most established and recognized landowners of the appellation, largely thanks to its Premiers Crus and Grands Crus positions.
